WASTE MANAGEMENT

Report and remove illegal dumping of hand carriable household items.
Transport bins to the collection point and return as per the site’s waste management plan or as instructed.
Wash and disinfect general waste bins after each collection.
Wash and disinfect recycling bins as required.
Empty recycling bins on every floor where the bins are allocated.
Wash and disinfect garbage rooms.
Wash and disinfect waste chute facilities.
Rotate bins on regular basis per service to receive waste from the chute lines.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control & assessment of services.
Assess on-site cleaner’s performance and provide further training where necessary.
Review WHS assessment undertaken by the on-site cleaner/s to ensure safety measures of workplace are in-line with the standard.
Safely store equipment and chemicals.
Assist with identifying, controlling, and minimising risks within the workplace in a timely manner.
Carry out regular risk assessment and provide safe work method statements and guideline to be used by the ground staff.
