The Building Manager’s primary responsibility is to maintain and enhance the operation of the building while surpassing the expectations of clients. We strive to find the most suitable Building Manager for each site, considering their qualifications and experience. The on-site Building Manager plays a crucial role in managing the assets, particularly common property and its resources. This involves overseeing various activities such as engaging service technicians, handling contract administration, ensuring customer satisfaction for owners and tenants, and adhering to the regulations outlined in the WH&S Act. In essence, management encompasses monitoring and evaluating all building-related activities to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.

AFTER HOUR SUPPORT

After-hour support is a crucial aspect of a Building Manager’s role, particularly in residential or commercial buildings where occupants may require assistance outside of regular business hours. After-hour support involves being available and responsive to emergencies, urgent requests, or critical situations that may arise during evenings, weekends, or holidays when the regular management staff may not be present.

BUILDING ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

The administrative duties of a Building Manager typically involve managing various administrative tasks including By-Law Management and responsibilities related to the operation and maintenance of the building. Each month, the Building Manager will provide Monthly Report highlighting common property activities performed during the month.

BUILDING ASSET MANAGEMENT

Building asset management refers to the strategic and proactive management of a building’s assets to maximize their value, performance, and lifespan. It involves the effective oversight, maintenance, and utilization of physical, financial, and operational assets within a building or property portfolio.

CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT

Contractor management is the process of overseeing and coordinating the activities of contractors who are engaged to perform specific services or tasks within a building or property. It involves the selection, onboarding, supervision, and evaluation of contractors to ensure that their work aligns with the building’s requirements and objectives.

MAINTENANCE PLAN

A maintenance plan is a comprehensive strategy that outlines the regular maintenance activities and schedules for the upkeep and preservation of assets, equipment, or property. It is designed to prevent or minimize equipment breakdowns, prolong the lifespan of assets, and ensure their optimal performance.

PROJECT COORDINATION

Project coordination involves managing and facilitating the various elements and activities of a project to ensure its successful execution. It entails overseeing the project’s timeline, resources, tasks, stakeholders, and communication to ensure that all components work together efficiently and effectively.
