Kimberley Estate is renowned as the biggest multi building complex in Sydney with its 800 apartments situated in Rosebery. The complex offers resort facilities such as pools, spas, saunas, squash courts and gyms. Many of the apartments bask in the afternoon sun. Delux Building Management Group has provided excellent management, cleaning, fire services and other requirements for 20 years. This project has been maintained in pristine condition for the duration of our partnership with the Estate.
Cardita in Little Bay with 156 apartments has 2, 3 and 4 storey apartment buildings around a central resident’s garden. The whole complex includes access to a golf course, beach area and protected bushland. It comprises of passive environmental strategies such as the optimal orientation of the structures, natural ventilation, shading form the sun, veneer construction. Active strategies, such as water recycling systems and solar energy are fully integrated into the building management systems. Solar power within the complex that is surplus to the needs of Cardita's public areas is fed back into the grid, and the storm water runoff from the site is reused in the golf course, extending the benefits of Cardita's sustainability strategies to the wider community. Like the other apartments in the complex we have done building management cleaning and fire services for the building.
Vinosa in Little Bay is a former hospital site with 127 apartments. It offers the benefits associated with a relaxed coastal village with its contemporary designed apartments. Woolooware Bay is a model for sustainable coastal community development located in Woolooware. We have set up phase 1 and 2 with over 400 units of this luxuriant and impeccable complex and have continued to do their building management since its inception, along with cleaning and fire systems. Ultimately the complex will comprise of 9 apartment buildings of varying sizes, designed by renowned architect Nick Turner, and interior designer Angus Henderson. The whole project has been inspired by the area's relaxed coastal lifestyle. The residential community has such facilities as the W CLUB gym, treatment rooms, lap pool, a lagoon-style Deck Pool, a sunset rooftop cinema, cafe and a rooftop Pinnacle Pool.
In 2015 we set up this stylish project of 314 units with retail shops on the ground level in Rosebery. The Project is divided into three separate sections. The northern section provides a 4,500 sqm public park. The middle and southern sections are divided by a public road, which comprise of residential buildings ranging in height from two to eight storeys each defining the street edges that form central communal courtyards. Construction stage one included 155 residential apartments, single-level and double storey walk up apartments and 327 sqm of retail space on the ground level. Whereas Stage 2 included 142 residential apartments over two building structures. We provide service of Building management, cleaning, fire systems and gardening for the each of the 3 strata schemes including BMC.

The complex was designed by DKO and Hecker Guthrie with Eve being Fridcorp’s first project outside of Melbourne, Victoria. The apartments have blond timber feature floors, streamlined modern galley kitchens and floor-to-ceiling doors leading out to beautiful balconies. There is also a communal rooftop garden for all to enjoy. We have done the initial set up, public management, building management, fire systems and cleaning since it was released.
